If you identify an error in any Title Rescue Desk publication, please report it through the following process:

  3. 3. Submit the report through the designated intake process
  4. 4. Provide supporting documentation or references where possible

Correction Types

Corrections are categorized by impact level:

  • Minor corrections: Spelling errors, formatting issues, or non-substantive clarifications — corrected without notice
  • Moderate corrections: Factual errors that do not substantially change meaning — corrected with inline revision notation
  • Substantive corrections: Errors affecting the accuracy or meaning of content — corrected with visible correction notice and date

Response Timeline

Upon receiving an error report, Title Rescue Desk will:

  • • Acknowledge receipt within 5 business days
  • • Evaluate the reported error within 10 business days
  • • Implement corrections within 30 days of verification
  • • Communicate correction status to the reporting party
